Our wines
Vi de Paratge Mas del Corral
White Grenache and Macabeo (organic)
The warm area marks the style: fruit minerality, expression of the climate and soil. We seek to keep the freshness of the fruit. The grape is harvested not too ripe. To keep the flower and fruit aromas, the fermentation is done at controlled cold temperature in stainless steel tanks. Halfway through fermentation, in order to get a good structure, 2/3 are moved to new french oak and chestnut barrels where continue the fermentation on his lees.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Carignan and Syrah
Wine with personality, elegance, power, structure, complexity … The Cabernet Sauvignon is the predominant variety.
